This Privacy & Security Policy (“Policy”) outlines how Blaze Secure Solutions Private Limited (“Blaze”, “Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) manages and protects any information you provide while using our Mobile Application. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and securing the data you share with us.

When we request personal information from you, we assure you that it will be treated confidentially, by this Policy, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP”) of India, and other applicable laws and regulations.

By using Blaze Secure’s Mobile Application (“Application”, “Platform”, “App”), and by providing your personal information or using our services, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and other relevant Company Policies available on the App. You also agree to be governed by the laws of India, including data protection and privacy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use or access the App or avail of our Services.

This Policy is an integral part of and is subject to the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) of Blaze Secure Solutions Pvt Ltd. Any terms used in this Policy but not defined here will carry the meanings assigned to them in the Terms.

1. Collection of Data

We collect personally identifiable information of App users (“Personal Information”), which may include but is not limited to basic information given to us during sign-up/registering on the App, such as name, date of birth, address, telephone/mobile number, email ID, occupation, information shared such as proof of identity or address, demographic-related details like area, postal codes, your occupation and employment status, your preferences and interests, among other necessary personal information that help us serve you better.

2. How we use your data

We require this information to understand your needs and to provide the service you request. In our efforts to continually improve our App and service offerings, we collect and analyze demographic and profile data about users’ activity on our App. We identify and use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our App. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information. We may occasionally ask you to complete surveys conducted either by us or through a third-party market research agency. These surveys may ask you for personal information, contact information, gender, date of birth, demographic information (like pin code, age, or income level) attributes such as your interests, household or lifestyle information, your purchasing behavior or history preference, and other such information that you may choose to provide. Cookies are files, stored on your device’s internal memory, with a small amount of data that is commonly used as an anonymous unique identifier. Cookie and tracking technologies are useful for gathering information such as Device type and operating system, tracking the number of users on the App, and understanding how users use the App. Cookies can also help customize the App for users. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. When you use our App, we will collect the data related to your location and mobile device. The information we collect also helps us to provide you with better customer support. It will make our services more efficient for the new as well as the existing customers. When you are prompted on our App to fill out any form, you can check for a box that provides you the option that you are not keen on receiving any direct marketing information from us. This ensures the information is not used for any direct marketing by anybody. In short, we cannot erase data that is vital to you being an active customer (i.e. basic account information like an email address). If you wish that all of your data is erased, we will no longer be able to offer any support or our services to you.

In some circumstances as a customer, you have the right to limit or restrict the ways we process your personal information. You have the right to approach our Data Protection Grievance Officer in order to submit complaints/grievances about our collection and use of your Personal Data. 8. Security Measures

In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users, and will attempt to reset passwords if needed. You are ultimately responsible for your username and password and all activities that occur on the App under your username. If your password is compromised, the security of your Personal Information may be compromised as well. Thus, if you believe that your password has been compromised, please change your password immediately. 9. Provide Troubleshoot and Improve the Services

We use your personal information to provide functionality, analyze performance, fix errors, and improve the usability and effectiveness of the App / Services. Depending upon the jurisdiction from where you might be accessing our Platform and as per applicable laws, we use cookies, permissions, and other trackers on our Platform to collect and process data so as to provide you with a better online experience as well as improve our services.

10. Children’s Privacy

Use of our App is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, of 1872. We operate our App in compliance with the DPDP Act and we do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 18 (Eighteen) years. If you have shared any personal information of children under the age of 18 (Eighteen) years, you represent that you have the authority to do so as their legal guardians or parents and permit us to use the information by this Privacy Policy.

11. Legal Compliance with Data Protection Laws

Blaze complies with the “Digital Personal Data Protection Act” (DPDP) of India 2023. In compliance with the DPDP Principles, Blaze commits to resolve DPDP Principles-related complaints about our collection and use of your Personal Data. We will investigate and attempt to resolve any DPDP Principles-related complaints within 90 (Ninety) days
